We hold a Maine business license along with gas and refrigeration licensing. Sealed system refrigeration and gas appliance work legally require it, and plenty of outfits doing this work do not have it.

What to expect
Our office is open 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday. The day before your scheduled service you will get a call from us, after 1:00 pm and before we close, giving you a two-hour arrival window. We arrive inside that window, and if something goes wrong we call you well in advance. We don’t leave people waiting by the door.
Our guarantee
Service is guaranteed 30 days for non-members and 90 days for members. Sealed system repairs carry six months for non-members and a full year for members. Part warranties vary by manufacturer, typically around 30 days.
